| Experience Upon graduation, Andy was employed by JESCO Mechanical-Electrical Division as a project manager / engineer. In this position, he was responsible for the design and preparation of drawings and specifications for the plumbing, HVAC, and electrical design-build projects. He was responsible for project control at the office management level including estimating, material procurement, scheduling, and technical assistance to the construction workers on the construction site Andy joined The Office of Griffith C. Burr, Inc. (Memphis, TN) in 1989 as a Project Manager for a mechanical-electrical consulting firm. He was responsible for the heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) design of commercial buildings, industrial facilities, hotels, schools and universities, including drawings and specifications. Andy coordinated multiple mechanical designs with code enforcement officials throughout the United States. Andy joined Conditioned Air, Inc. (a mechanical-electrical design-build, service company in Tupelo, MS) in November 1991 as project manager. He was responsible for the project management of mechanical-electrical design-build and plan-spec projects which included estimating, purchasing materials and equipment, scheduling labor and shipments, monitoring labor and material costs, billing, collections, and job safety. He was responsible for mechanical and electrical designs for commercial and industrial facilities including drawing and specifications. Projects included commercial and industrial facilities, churches, universities, stadiums, schools, hospitals, and banks.
