| MECHANICAL ENGINEER The successful candidate must have a minimum of eight years of experience designing plumbing, fire protection, HVAC and mechanical piping systems. A strong mechanical design background is required. The candidate must have a BS in Mechanical Engineering, have excellent verbal communication skills, organizational skills, and have experience with AutoCADD, Microsoft Word and Excel. PE registration required. General responsibilities include: production of contract documents (drawings and specifications), developing CAD drawings, reviewing shop drawings / submittals, researching codes, surveying existing facilities to obtain design information, visiting construction sites to observe the installation of mechanical systems and coordinating technical issues with other disciplines.
