Education

A.A.S. Degree in Computer Aided Drafting and Design,  
Northeast Mississippi Community College
B.S. Degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology,  
University of Southern Mississippi

Responsibilities

As an electrical designer, George plays a vital role in
developing sketches and rough designs into final Autocad
documents.  He has a wide depth of knowledge and
experience in several commercial software packages that
are used by the firm for interior and exterior lighting
calculation and design.  George has worked with senior
designers and engineers to help develop Autocad
standards for the firm.  George interfaces with Architects
and owners to help coordinate all phase of the electrical
design documents.
Experience

George’s experience includes design and construction
of electrical systems in both new and existing
commercial industrial, institutional and educational
facilities.  George has nine (9) years of experience in
design and construction.

Design experience includes engineering calculations for
lighting power and systems.  

Cad experience includes a well rounded knowledge of
AUTOCAD and third party design aids which interface
with AUTOCAD.  George routinely assists with layout
and design indoor and outdoor illumination and
electrical power distribution systems.

Other experience includes two years as
draftsman/building inspector for the University of
Southern Mississippi and one year as a quality control
engineer for Holmac Inc.
