Responsibilities

Responsible for electrical design & multi-discipline
coordination of construction documents for commercial,
industrial & governmental structures. Lighting design &
calculations. Design of power connections to equipment &
motors. Design of various communication systems for the
above mentioned structure types. Ensures accuracy,
completeness and compliance of construction documents
to applicable national & local codes.
Experience

Starting in 1998 Joseph began his career working
closely with professional electrical & mechanical
engineers. Over time he contributed & completed
electrical designs for jobs ranging from healthcare to
the automotive industry. Understanding the need for
knowledge of construction coordination Joseph worked
on the contractor side of engineering gaining valuable
experience in design build construction of all major
disciplines.  Companies worked for include: Windsor
Engineering (electrical consulting engineers), HESM&A
(MEP consulting engineers), Jon D. Rice & Associates
(electrical consulting engineers), Edwards Electric
Services (a division of Yates Construction - electrical
contractors) & Fountain Construction Company (GC).

Joseph joined CLA in March, 2009.
