| Experience Prior to graduation and during graduate school, John was employed by the Industrial Assessment Center at Mississippi State; a Department of Energy service that provide energy, productivity, and waste assessments to small to medium-sized manufactures in Mississippi. While at the Industrial Assessment Center, John routinely investigated and evaluated manufactures to find ways to reduce waste and energy usage and increasing productivity. He was also responsible for methods of implementation and payback and lifecycle analysis. John joined Canon Engineering, LLC (Gulfport, MS) in 2005 as an engineer intern. There he was responsible for the design of domestic water, sewage, storm water, compressed air, natural gas, medical gas, equipment sizing, ductwork, and heating and cooling loads for commercial, Healthcare, institutional, government, and industrial buildings and facilities.
